What it Measures
The Canadian Step One Survey II is a pre-screening tool that assesses
the attitudes of job candidates. The assessment has two parts: the first being a
direct-admissions structured interview format that asks about recent work history,
record of honesty and related issues; whereas the second part assesses the candidate’s
attitudes toward integrity, reliability, and work ethic.
